White House

We finally made it to DC! And quite by accident, our first stop was a last minute hotel stay only one block from the White House. Pretty cool!

After seeing the White House, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at a restaurant across the street from the hotel. The lobster mac & cheese was awesome!

Jake's Birthday

To celebrate Jake's 4th birthday, we headed to our favorite pizza place.....Mellow Mushroom!

Downtown Franklin

After dinner, we then headed to our favorite dessert place downtown......Sweet Cece's. It's a frozen yogurt bar that has a wall FILLED with every topping you could ever want. Heaven on earth!! Emma gets busy making her choices.

Soccer

Jake's first soccer practice. LOTS of running and giggles. It was great!

Coach John gives Jake some pointers for kicking the ball in the goal.

Jake hangs out with his new friend Beckam.
